The full day of training at our Province Headquarters lasted an average of eight hours, with a working lunch. Those training sessions were vibrant and interactive. Participants left with an expanded knowledge of the fraternity's operations and requirements, particularly as they relate to the administration of local chapters, the Membership Intake and Orientation Program, and our expanding province initiative toward greater use of Internet technology.
