- Spring
- Officers who did not attend the Fall C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference (CRWLC) in the prior calendar year must attend the Spring CRWLC. Attendance is required for the Chapter Polemarch, Vice Polemarch, Keeper of Records, Keeper of Exchequer, Membership Intake Chairman, and Undergraduate Chapter Advisor.
- All chapters must register at least one delegate for the Province Council Meeting.
- May
- Alumni Chapters elect officers.
- June
- Alumni Chapters induct officers as last order of business during regular meeting in June.
- June 30th
- Alumni Chapter Officer Report Forms postmarked to International Headquarters, Province Polemarch, and Province Keeper of Records & Exchequer.
- Summer (Odd-numbered years)
- All chapters must register at least one delegate for the Grand Chapter Meeting
- School Opens
- Election of officers is the first order of business at the first undergraduate chapter meeting of the school year.
- September 30th
- Fraternity's prior fiscal year ends for all administrative levels
- Fall
- Chapters must be represented at the C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference (CRWLC) by the Polemarch, Vice Polemarch, Keeper of Records, Keeper of Exchequer, Membership Intake Chairman, and Undergraduate Chapter Advisor. Alternatively, these officers may attend the Spring CRWLC.

- Fraternity's next fiscal year begins for all administrative levels
- Chapter Certification Criteria due at the office of the Province Polemarch, with copy to the Province Keeper of Records & Exchequer
- Annual chapter contribution to Kappa Alpha Psi Foundation due
- Grand Chapter insurance premium due at Province Headquarters for transfer to International Headquarters
- Alumni Chapters: $600
- Undergraduate Chapters: $400
- Province Participation Fee due at Province Headquarters
- Alumni Chapters: $150
- Undergraduate Chapters: $75
- Grand Chapter Dues payable to International Headquarters for Annual Dues Paying Members

- As part of the province requirement for certification, where applicable, chapters must comply with the stipulation of Article III - Organization and Government - Section 17 of our Province Bylaws. Specifically:
- "Chapters may establish a local foundation or other legal entity for the purpose of owning real property or to facilitate funding and implementation of a fraternity program upon the advance approval of the Province Board of Directors. Any such foundation or other legal entity shall submit an annual report of its financial condition and/or its activities to the Province Board of Directors not later than sixty days following the close of its fiscal year."
