* NOTE: This represents the "minimum" time required to complete the intake program - seven weeks. Some adjustments may be necessary to accomodate local chapter schedules which could extend the total timeline to eight weeks or more. For example, an alumni chapter may require more than a seven week program in order to conduct interviews at their regularly scheduled monthly chapter meeting, and still be able to submit paperwork at least 28 days prior to the initiation. Paperwork received at Province Headquarters less than 28 days prior to the initiation date will require that applicants be initiated at a later cluster initiation, or may require that the chapter make arrangements with the Province Polemarch for a special initiation to be conducted at the expense of the local chapter.
