From: Charles Wesley Morgan, III - Keeper of Records & Exchequer Subject: Province Council Deadlines Brothers, You are reminded that the pre-registration deadline for the 80th Province Council Meeting is April 1st. The pre-registration fee is $150 for alumni members, and $100 for undergraduate members or Silhouettes. After that date, the registration fee will be $175 for alumni members, with no penalty for undergraduates or Silhouettes. However, anyone registering after April 1st may not be guaranteed souvenirs and/or meals after we reach planned capacity. Pre-registration is simple. Just send your name and payment to our Province Headquarters at 636 N.E. 36th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73105. Or, you may contact us with your MasterCard or Visa card number and expiration date to pre-register by telephone or e-mail. Even though a simplified PRE-REGISTRATION FORM is available on our province website, we already have sufficient identifying information for each of you in our province database. So, just your name and payment will suffice. You are also reminded to make your reservations at the host hotel while rooms are still available. The Kappa rate is $89 per night, and we have set aside rooms for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, April 18th through 20th. Be sure to ask for the "Kappa Alpha Psi rate" when you call to make reservations. The host hotel is the Downtown Marriott at 200 West 12th Street in Kansas City, and their toll-free number is 800-228-9290. As of this date, rooms are still available at the host hotel for all three nights during the Council Meeting! Finally, don't forget to support the Kansas City Alumni Chapter's fund raising effort by purchasing an advertisement in their souvenir brochure.
