It is further ordered that if the logo exists anywhere that it be purged from all files and hard copy, electronic data, websites or other use of the Internet, paraphernalia, tickets, invitations, all articles of clothing or any other use related to Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. not listed here.

Any chapters or brothers violating this order will be immediately placed on cease and desist and subject to disciplinary action!
