Subject: C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference
Brothers,
As we're counting down the hours before our C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference to be held this Saturday (September 18th), we want to inform/remind you of a couple of items:
- HOST - The Truman State University Chapter, the Epsilon Eta of Kappa Alpha Psi, in Kirksville, Missouri.
- LOCATION - The morning session will convene at "Patterson's" restaurant, located at 1700 North Baltimore. (See MAP 1 and MAP 2)
- ATTIRE - Proper attire for the conference is coat and tie.
- REGISTRATION - The registration desk will open at 8 a.m. You may register on-site for $30. Members who are pre-registered must still complete a registration form so that we may confirm your attendance at the conference.
- ATTENDANCE - ALL brothers are invited to attend the conference. However, in order for your chapter to be "certified" to operate as a chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, the chapter officers who are REQUIRED to attend a C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference are the Chapter Polemarch, Vice Polemarch, Keeper of Records, Keeper of Exchequer, Membership Intake Chairman, and Undergraduate Chapter Advisor(s). If any of those officers are not present in Kirksville, the next available opportunity will not occur until February, 2005 .
- ACCOMMODATIONS - The host hotel for the conference is the Days Inn on Highway 63 South. The street address is 3805 South Baltimore. If you haven't already made your reservation, it's too late. The Days Inn has no more rooms available. However, there ARE rooms available elsewhere in Kirksville. Options are:
- 660-627-1100 Holiday Inn Express & Suites
- 660-665-8826 Super 8
- 660-665-5191 Traveler's Inn
- 660-665-3722 Budget Host Village Inn
- 660-665-2205 Comfort Inn of Kirksville
- 660-665-8352 Shamrock Inn
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via e-mail or telephone. We look forward to seeing each of you in Kirksville on Saturday. Drive carefully to arrive safely!
Yours in the Bond,
Charles Wesley "Ceedy" Morgan, III
