This is a reminder that our 86th Middle Western Province Council will be held April 17-20, 2008 in Omaha, Nebraska. Some important deadlines regarding our Council are as follows:

• March 1st - Advertising contracts for the 86th Province Council souvenir brochure must be RECEIVED by the Omaha Alumni Chapter. For additional information, contact Brother Victor Beanum at Victor.Beanum@cox.com or 314-954-6688 (cell) or 402-934-0436 (work). Download Ad Contract

• March 17th - Award applications must be RECEIVED by the Awards Committee Chairman, Brother Donald C. Bland, at 27 Sechrest Circle, Rogers, AR 72758. • March 17th - N. Webster Moore History Award submissions must be RECEIVED by the Province Historian, Brother David J. Miller, at Historian@KAPsiMWP.com.

• March 19th - For the Cluster Initiation to be held on April 16th & 17th, applications for membership must be RECEIVED at Province Headquarters at 636 N.E. 36th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73105.

• March 20th - Pre-registration for the Province Council must be RECEIVED! The cost for alumni members is $160. Undergraduate members and Silhouettes may register for $115. AFTER March 20th, the registration fee for alumni members becomes $185, and the undergraduate member and Silhouette registration becomes $130. Send you payment to Middle Western Province Headquarters, 636 N.E. 36th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73105. • March 20th - Hotel reservations at the group rate of $89 are only guaranteed through March 20th. The host hotel is the Marriott Omaha Hotel at 10220 Regency Circle, Omaha, NE 68114. For reservations, call 402-399-9000.

• April 3rd - Nominations for province office must be RECEIVED by the Nominating Committee Chairman, Brother William F. Gaffney at Box 208 - 1205 University, Langston, OK 73050. He may be contacted at Nominating@KAPsiMWP.com.
