Subject: Chapter Bylaws Brothers, As announced at the C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference, all chapters must post a current edition of your chapter bylaws on your chapter's Yahoo!Groups site not later than December 31, 2008. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a Province Reinstatement Fee assessed to the chapter on and after January 1st.
