To:Chapter Polemarchs and Chapters of the Middle Western Province
From:Adolphus M. Pruitt, II - Province Polemarch
Subject:Operating Procedures, Policies & Programs...

My Fellow Polemarchs:

I am writing you all to prepare us all for the task at hand, we have new leadership within Kappa, leadership I feel confident will push us all to prepare Kappa for tomorrow. With this in mind I will immediately began rebuilding, reorganizing, revitalizing our Province. Please pay close attention to the items I am about to share with you for you will need this information to properly operate in the near future:

1) It has been far to long that, as Polemarchs, you have not been empowered in my estimation. Appropriately, I am establishing Statewide Dialogue Clusters, these clusters will be open to all Chapter Polemarchs within each respective state. The following order will be utilized for the Clusters:

The State of Colorado - Denver will Host
The State of Nebraska - Omaha will Host
The State of Kansas - Topeka will Host
The State of Oklahoma - Oklahoma City will Host
The State of Missouri - Jefferson City will Host
The State of Arkansas - Fayetteville will Host

It is my intention to have all clusters completed in the month of September. At this time I am requesting the Polemarch of each host city to communicate with the Polemarchs within your State and schedule a date for your State's clusters immediately. Only Chapter Polemarchs will be allowed to attend. Be mindful that on the dates of September 10, 11, & 12th, I will be attending the Council of Province Polemarchs meeting at International Headquarters.

2) It is my understanding that anyone seeking appointments to a National Office, Committee, or Commission, must be requested or communicated to your Province Polemarch as per my last discussion with our Grand Polemarch. If any member has a desire to serve on a National Committee or Commission, I am requesting that any and all such requests must be accompanied via a letter of support from your Chapter Polemarch prior to reaching my desk. Any request not accompanied with a letter of support from your Chapter Polemarch will be forwarded to your Chapter Polemarch for his consideration. In addition, if you currently serve on a National Commission or Committee please have your Polemarch forward to me a communication indicating your desire to retain or relinquish your present appointment.

3) The following schedule will be adhered to for participation in the Province-wide Cluster Initiation scheduled during the CRWLC this November in Warrensburg, Missouri.

4) Any chapter submitting for recertification that does not have an ongoing Guide Right Program must submit a statement as to WHY NOT, WHEN I CAN EXPECT ONE, and WHY THEY SHOULD BE RECERTIFIED PRIOR TO . . .

Yours in the Bond,
[Signed]
Adolphus M. Pruitt, II
