TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Items in BLUE are optional activities and/or the responsibility of the Lincoln Alumni Chapter.
Some items in GREEN may not be determined until January 2003.
The overall agenda, the selection of speakers and committee chairmen,
and any logistical details are the responsibility of the Province Polemarch.
Delegation of authority for any of these items is at the discretion of the Province Polemarch.
Thursday - March 27, 2003

- Credentials and Packets available for Registered Members and Silhouettes | Room TBA
NOTE: Pre-Registration Ends March 1, 2003. Only pre-registered members are guaranteed credentials, packets, souvenirs, and meals. Onsite registration is available, but limited to availability of materials and capacity of meal service. Unregistered members are urged not to travel to Lincoln during this weekend.
- Vendors Booths Open | Room/Location TBA
The fee for booth space will be established and collected by the Province Board of Directors. Vendors who are not in compliance with regulations regarding proper paraphernalia will be closed and their money will be refunded on Thursday. Vendors not in compliance on Friday or Saturday will be closed without any refund of the fee for booth space.
