TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Items in BLUE are optional activities and/or the responsibility of the Local Alumni Chapter.
Some items in GREEN may not be determined until January 2004.
The overall agenda, the selection of speakers and committee chairmen,
and any logistical details are the responsibility of the Province Polemarch.
Delegation of authority for any of these items is at the discretion of the Province Polemarch.

      The fee for booth space will be established and collected by the Province Board of Directors. Vendors who are not in compliance with regulations regarding proper paraphernalia will be closed and their money will be refunded on Thursday. Vendors not in compliance on Friday or Saturday will be closed without any refund of the fee for booth space.
