In accordance with the National Constitution and Statutes, the officers of each Chapter shall be: Polemarch; Vice Polemarch; Keeper of Records; Assistant Keeper of Records for Alumni Affairs in each Undergraduate Chapter; Keeper of Exchequer; Strategus; Lieutenant Strategus; Historian; Reporter; members of the Board of Directors; and such other officers as may be found expedient (i.e. Membership Intake Chairman, Director of Guide Right, Director of Reclamation), all of whom shall hold their respective offices for a period of one year and until their successors are elected and qualified. In Alumni chapters, members of the Board of Directors may be elected to staggered three year terms. Nothing in this section shall prevent combining the offices of Keeper of Records and Keeper of Exchequer. The Board of Directors of each Chapter shall be composed of at least seven members but not more than nine members, four of whom shall be the Polemarch, the Vice Polemarch, the Keeper of Records and the Keeper of Exchequer, provided that the offices of Keeper of Records and Keeper of Exchequer may be combined at the discretion of the Chapter. The other members who hold no other office shall be elected from the floor. Officers of each Undergraduate Chapter shall be elected by October 1 of each year and shall assume the duties of their office immediately. Officers of each Alumni chapter shall be elected at the regular meeting in May and shall be formally inducted into office as the last act of business at the regular meeting in June. Each Chapter shall submit a Chapter Officers Report within 30 days of the Chapter election.
